Certification is a lot of work, but it’s also good training. The path to the certificate calls for organisational skills, all the right paperwork, a professional team and a great deal of endurance. At the end of the road, not only did we have our quality certification, but we also learned a lot. Our quality management officer Chrissie tells her story.
