“Agile” and “lean” are buzzwords you hear bandied about in all kinds of business contexts. But what do they mean here at Klein Wolf Peters? As you might have seen from one of our recent posts, we’ve signed up to take part in the Munich company run, which has prompted our team to pull on their trainers and get jogging. So, yes, in that sense, we’re agile and well on our way to becoming lean—if only our office weren’t surrounded by so many great places to go for lunch!

We are agile

But jokes aside now. With several big trade fairs coming up, including the Hannover Messe 2019 (1–5 April) and the International Paris Air Show (17–23 June), we’re doing everything we can to support our customers leading up to and during these important events. As an agile company, this means we’re on hand to translate, edit and proofread any content our customers need, even after hours in case there’s any breaking news or last-minute changes. Whether it’s press releases, booth displays, tweets, website news, voiceovers or subtitles – we’re ready for it.

We are lean

We might be a fairly new company, but all of us have been in the business for a long time, which means we understand what our customers want. With all this experience under our belts, we’ve streamlined our processes and eliminated any non-essential activities that eat up our time. We’ve even got the ISO certification to prove just how efficient we are. Ultimately, our well-oiled approach frees us up to focus on what we do best: providing first-class content and delivering the best value for our customers.

We are Klein Wolf Peters

What this all means is that our customers are in good hands. We develop solid relationships based on trust and our customers know they can count on us to respond quickly to their needs. And all the running practise we’re doing is having some amazing side effects as well! We all come to work feeling more energised, which helps with our concentration, too. We’re quite literally going the extra mile (or kilometre) to make sure we’ve got every last detail covered for our customers.
