I often have a little chuckle when I encounter legal or bureaucratic German. If I didn\u2019t have the internet to help me, I wouldn\u2019t understand the half of it \u2013 even though I\u2019d say I have a pretty firm grasp of my mother tongue.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Of all the languages you don\u2019t speak, which one would you most like to learn and why?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>I\u2019ve learned enough languages over the years: German, Romanian, English, Latin, French, Russian, Estonian, Old Church Slavonic, Swedish, Old Norse, and Polish. And as a child I spoke Transylvanian Saxon, which means that even now I have no difficulty understanding Luxembourgers. <\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What are you reading right now?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>The news magazine \u201cDer Spiegel\u201d. Sadly, with four kids at home, I don\u2019t have a lot of time for more serious reading. A weekly news magazine, on the other hand, is not only full of interesting articles on current affairs, but it is also surprisingly resilient. I can even take it into the sauna \u2013 making it ideal for when I have a minute to read.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beer or wine?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Both \u2013 beer serves as a tasty prelude to wine.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Beach holiday or city break?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>I\u2019d go to the beach with my family and see the city on my own.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chocolate or vanilla?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>They taste better together than apart.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Klein Wolf Peters, people generate content for people \u2013 and our series of short interviews gives you a better idea of exactly who we are.
