Four years on and the outlook for Klein Wolf Peters is sunny

On October 19, Klein Wolf Peters turned four years old. Naturally this called for a celebration, so we took the opportunity to spend the October 22–24 weekend together at our usual spot in the town of Dienten am Hochkönig in the Austrian Alps. Once we were all assembled, the festivities kicked off right away with Kaiserschmarrn (thank you, Maria and Julia!) and prosecco.
At workshops on Friday evening and Saturday morning, managing directors Ronald, Maria, and Richard took us on a journey back in time to 2017: namely, to when they first put their personal goals for Klein Wolf Peters down on paper. Today, we can say with tremendous satisfaction that these resolutions—in both their economic and interpersonal aspects—have by and large been realized. This success is certainly based on the way we collaborate (some of us have been working together for more than ten years), which is characterized by community, consideration for individual needs, and the common goal of fulfilling our customers’ wishes through quality.
Seeing how far we’ve come inspired us to go further, so on Saturday afternoon we hiked to the Grünegg-Alm. There, our team spirit was once again tested by our usual order of cream of garlic soup. Colleagues who can still work with each other after that truly have a close personal bond! 😉
In the evening, we indulged our love of and skill with language with a few rounds of the word association game “Codenames,” in which many a neologism (I’ll just say “Überquerungsseher / crossing seer”) led to lively discussions. But it was all in good fun and there were no hard feelings as we bade each other farewell on Sunday.
We’re already looking forward to the next time in Dienten—and the next four years (and more) of Klein Wolf Peters!
