A whole year has passed since Klein Wolf Peters GmbH received its DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 certification. We embarked on this journey after a then prospective, now regular customer of ours wanted assurance that the way we manage documents, knowledge, feedback, risks and objectives is underpinned by standardised, logical and transparent processes – and that we can demonstrate that we optimise and refine these processes on an ongoing basis.

Looking back at the past year, it’s safe to say that it has been a busy yet extremely successful one. Some of our highlights were winning over a host of new customers with our range of language services, seeing once occasional customers become regulars, welcoming two new members to our team, and attending a wide range of training courses to build on and diversify our expertise and move Klein Wolf Peters GmbH forwards in all kinds of different ways.

We understand, of course, that ISO 9001 certification alone is not what makes a company successful. But as we worked towards our initial quality management accreditation last year, we were able to put in place an incredibly effective framework that helps us give clarity and transparency to our processes, analyse and assimilate feedback from customers, and mitigate risks such as staff absences or arbitrary decisions.

In August, we had our first annual review and we’re pleased to announce that we were able to show the auditor how efficient and transparent our processes are and just how successfully Klein Wolf Peters has developed in the past year.

We’re really excited to see what the next year brings and looking forward to tackling all the new challenges it throws in our direction together as a team!
